"Not only did our wedding turn out to be more beautiful than we could have even imagined, but Sabrina and Belinda were also such a pleasure to work with. They were always so understanding and reassuring when we didn’t know what we wanted or when we changed our minds about something. For our Palestinian and American fusion wedding, they went out of their way to research and make gourmet Palestinian dishes, which were a hit with the wide variety of guests at our wedding. They were able to use our specific ideas about table settings and flower arrangements, as well as use their own creativity and expertise when we weren’t sure what would work. And they did all this while working within our budget. Thanks again, La Couronne, for truly making our wedding dreams a reality!"

There are not two women I can commend higher than Sabrina and Belinda. I have had the pleasure of witnessing them plan and execute many events over the past 10 years and there has not been one that failed to impress. I have handed them a multitude of ideas over the years for events at our Church, and every time the actual result is far superior to what my mind imagined and the execution was made to appear effortless. I have watched them cater small events and I have seen them manage events for hundreds, and no matter the size they handle themselves with class, grace and a contagious cheerfulness that sets the host at ease, knowing the party is in good hands. I recommend them with the utmost enthusiasm and without reservation. Give them the opportunity to use their gifts for your event, you will not be disappointed.

"I had heard good things about Sabrina and Belinda from a number of people and they were great to work with but I was blown away when I walked into the brunch reception they put on for my husband and me. I truly could not believe how beautiful the tables were - like a sophisticated woodland fairy had set up for tea overnight! I had gone through the menu with them but there were so many unexpected and unique touches to both the food and the decor. Every detail showed tremendous love and care for what they were doing. The food was wonderful as well - beautiful and delicious. My only sadness is that we live far away and I can't recommend them to everyone I know."

Despite having a difficult venue to work with, they were able to transform our reception site into a breathtaking "winter wonderland". Also, our guests could not stop singing praises about the food; they prepared a file gumbo that would satisfy even the most discerning Cajun palate. My husband and I couldn't wait for our first anniversary just to have another bite of our delectable wedding cake! The talent of these two woman is unsurpassable and their attention to even the smallest details is truly amazing!"
